Women’s issues: Holistic approach to address mind, body, and soul regarding stress, grief/loss, depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety/panic, guilt/regret, emotional dysfunction, disorders, identity/purpose, self-image, life transitions, abuse, betrayal trauma, general trauma, faith and spirituality, ministry challenges, singleness, pre-engagement, premarital, marriage, blended families, divorce, parenting, and a broad scope of relationship/life issues and skill building.
Eclectic application of various therapy modalities using techniques filtered through a biblical lens including interactive diagrams, illustrations, worksheets, articles, audios, spiritual exercises and a variety of resources along with between-session focused homework.

Counseling is considered a calling and brings the deepest joy to Bren.
She loves quality time with her friends and family. Relaxation is a day at the beach and tending her gardens. Other interests are kayaking, self-taught piano, crafting, and book clubs.
