Lauren has experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety/panic disorder, dissociation, Bipolar disorder, narcissism, borderline personality disorder, OCD, perfectionism, DID, family of origin issues, childhood developmental trauma, identity issues, spiritual issues, difficult transitions or adjustments, relationship or parenting struggles, domestic violence and abuse, school and work issues, ADHD, self-esteem, gender dysphoria, porn addiction, body image/eating disorders, chronic illness, stress, grief, life crises, suicidal thoughts and self-harm, and trauma.

Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and her three young children. She enjoys running, doing yoga, reading books, singing, playing instruments, and going on long walks. She also loves sniffing out some good coffee and pastries.
